My thoughts

Wherever you work take pride in doing your best at all times. Never let clients see you sweat or not working. Makes the company overall look bad. I have had to work with people I don't like and don't care to be around because their vibe is just always negative. On any body's job be mindful that you are getting paid to do a job and not to sit around on the clock and watch others work. If everyone came to work ands sat down and did nothing what would happen to the company it would probably go out of business. What happen to teamwork? I may not like you but I am willing to work with you to get the job done quicker and more efficiently. Work is exactly that. It isn't meant to be easy all the time and sometimes yes your work will take longer than that required eight hours. Be respectful of others and their situations because you want someone to be respectful of yours. I am discussing this because I had a very bad night at work due to others not pulling their weight. My manager expects a lot out of me and I get that. My tasks sometimes have shorter periods than what they need to have. Also our fellow employees are more of tell you what to do and then not do anything themselves. Our company is said to be down 500 people. I was like wow really that isn't good but people want to work but not work as hard. They want the benefits and pay but don't want to put in the years of service to reap those benefits. I constantly strive to do my best and fill at times it isn't enough. That's why my job now is a stepping stone to something greater. Wherever you work and with whomever are you going to be there long term or short term. I am glad that there are still people in the workplace that can say thank you or I appreciate that. I am one of them.

  1. I also appreciate a hard worker, I always work as hard as I can for as long as I can. I don't feel good inside if I know I did not earn my pay, but then again I work privately for a farm, not for some corporation.

  2. It's just like that sometimes. People don't want to share the labor but want to share the reward. I know exactly where you're coming from, and it can be very upsetting sometimes. If I were you I'd just keep doing good because hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
